I am hoping someone can answer these questions. 1. Will First Premier accept full payment for both for removal from all credit reports. 2. Can I dispute the inaccuracies between these 2 reports and hope for removal. These are the only 2 negatives on my credit report. Thank you

From what you've said, there really is no inaccuracies, just the payment history is listed on one and not the other, there is nothing inaccurate there. Disputing them would not likely result in their removal, but it would result in the account updating and if it hasn't updated in a while it would ding your scores when it updates. It is doubtful that they will do a Pay For Delete agreement, but it definitely should be attempted as you may get lucky. You did not say how old the account is, so my answer is limited as to how you should proceed. But if it is within the Statute of Limitations to be sued for the debt, you may want to pay it even if you cannot get a deletion agreement. Also, if you pay it, it would prevent any collection accounts popping up on your reports in addition to the original account which would cause even further damage to your scores. If the account is only a few years old, I would suggest paying it if you can afford to even if you cannot get a deletion, just to prevent collections from popping up and it would also help getting that amount removed from your utilization and if it is currently updating monthly, it should stop that as well.

First Premier Bank back to its old tricks - RIP OFF

Got this High Fee Card to help build Credit. Fraud charges appeard on Card in Feb 2010. The account is paid in full automatically from our bank account. We filed a Dispute with no resolve from Premier The Only thing First Premier did was to close the account and reopen and new account and transfering the balance over. First Premier adviced us that since the card was paid in full we would investigate and get back with you.

March 2010 First Premier sent a new card with a new account number. First Premier reported the card late 30 days to the credit reporting agencys with a zero balance and nothing owed - They returned the late fee with an appoligy but did not remove the negative reporting to the credit agency. This caused my score that I was doing my best to increase go down.

Being ripped off for over $400 now for those out rageous fees and paying for fraud charges This account was closed - Over paid a total of $146.00 for the fraud charges that I have been waiting for a resolutions or refund for those fraudulant charges for over a month now.

April 2010 First Premeir reopened the card without my authorization and instead of refunding the $146 we over paid for the fraudulant charges First Premier added those charges back to our account and deducted another $146 from our bank account. Thus we paid twice now for the same fraudulant charges to the account.

May 2010 we get a statement that our account is paid in full and we only owe $7.00 for the monthy fees. I called and let them know that we closed the account and paid it full back in March of 2010 and was waiting for refund of the additional payment that was taken by First Premier.

June statement comes with a Zero Balance and new charges of - Yes you quessed it "The $146 for those fraud charges are back on the statement for the 3rd time".

July 2010 First Premeir reports to the credit agency a 30 day late with a total amount due of $198.86 we called first premier to explain that the card had been closed and why did they place fraudulant charges back on the account again with different reference number. I was waiting for a refund! The First Premier Rep Personally told me "HE WOULD PERSONALLY SEE TO IT THAT MY CREDIT WOULD BE DESTROYED when they keep reporting it and then finally Charge it off as a bad debit

August 2010 First Premeir reports to the credit agency a 60 day late with a total amount due of $229.50 I called first premier to explain that the card had been closed an we was waiting for a refund! Same story different Rep told me THAT HE WOULD PERSONALLY SEE TO IT THAT MY CREDIT WOULD BE DESTROYED because we will keep reporting it for years and then finally Charge it off as a bad debit

September 2010 First Premeir reports to the credit agency a 90 day late with a total amount due of $233.29 I called first premier to explain that the card had been closed an we was waiting for a refund! The First Premier Rep Personally told me THAT THE ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSED AND TURNED OVER TO COLLECTIONS.

Oct 2010 First Premeir reports to the credit agency Charge Off. I despute the charges with all 3 reporting agency with no luck! First Premier says that I am repsonsible for the charges

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.. With First Premier Charging this Off as a bad debit instead of building my credit its being reduced and now I am being denied jobs offers and other credit opportunities.

REMOVED CO FIRST PREMIER BANK. YEAH SON

Long story short, I started my rebuilding journey 11/24/14. I started off sending validation disputes to 5 collection accounts and 1 charged off account. 4 collections were completely removed, the last collection account I am in the middle of offereing PFD to them. My charged off account with First Premier Bank has been hell.

Dec 10, 2014 I requested FPB to validate account, not the balance. Well, they sent me a statement with just the total account balance of $453 pretty much saying you owe this amount. That was not good enough for me. I wrote a letter back to the company for a PFD stating I am not assuming ownership but as a goodwill offer. They sent a reply letter stating they will not delete accurate information and take it up with the major credit bureaus. Wow. Typical and common FPB response.

I didn't give up. Shortly after the New Year I submitted a dispute directly to the CRA. Within a few days the account returned verified/unchanged. Didn't give up.

Sent a direct email dispute to: [email protected] on Jan 11, 2015

This is a Notice of Direct Dispute with you, under the provisions of FCRA 623(a)(8)(D), of the accuracy of information you have posted to my credit file. On a few separate occasions I have disputed with all three credit bureaus Equifax, Transunion, and Experian pertaining to a credit card with First Premier Bank acct# 5178 ******** for the date of last activity, payment history, status * and the dispute was returned verified. After some further investigation on my part, I am also concerned that these accounts may not belong to me, and/or the reporting to Equifax,Experian and Transunion may be inaccurate. In compliance with FCRA 623(a)(8)(D), and enacting regulations published at 74 Fed Reg 31484 (July 1, 2009), this Notice includes

I have included the excerpts of my credit reports showing how these accounts are reporting Attached letters sent and received from FPB and credit report

Under the provisions of FCRA 623(a)(8)(E), you have the duty to review all of the information in this Notice of Dispute, to complete your investigation, and report back to me the results of your investigation, within 30-days of my Notice of Dispute.

In addition, I humbly request that you provide me with complete transaction and payment history, a copy of any signed contracts or agreements, and total outstanding balance you believe I owe.

Submitted a CFPB complaint against the credit bureaus for not fully investigating on Jan 16, 2015.

Received email response today dated Jan 19, 2015

"The account was set up for you Aug 5, 2009, after received your internet application on July 18, 2009. On November 30, 2011, the account charged off with a balance of $452.98.

Upon review of the specific information you provided in your dispute, First Premier Bank is requesting that the account be deleted by the consumer reporting agencies. Please allow approximately 30 days for the update."

Thank goodness, no more FPB. Also I applied during the dispute in December 2014 to see if they would approve, of course they did. Starting limit $300 with $75 processing fee. Of course I'm not activating this card!
