What do I do if I lost my debit/credit card?
Step 1: Enter your account number in the Username Box.
Step 2: Enter your 4 digit PIN in the password box.
Step 3: Follow the prompts to set a new username and password.
How can I get overdraft Privilege?
Overdraft Privilege is a service we add to your checking account to cover overdrafts to a set limit, subject to the eligibility criteria and types of transactions covered as explained below. With Overdraft Privilege we will generally pay your overdraft items in your Personal Checking account up to $1,250, Premier One Checking up to $1,500, Business Checking up to $2,000, Gen Next Checking account up to $300. Overdraft Privilege is not offered on Basic Checking accounts. However, whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or is not being managed in a responsible manner, or you are not making regular deposits.

Email Fraud: If you believe you have received a suspicious or fraudulent email that appears to be from Tropical Financial Credit Union, do not reply or click on any of its links, contact any phone numbers or otherwise provide any personal information. Please forward it immediately to [email protected]
Identity Fraud: If you know, or even think, you’ve been a victim of identity fraud, take immediate action and follow these five steps.
